Yang style Tai Chi, a daily practice for ordinary persons, is an ancient Chinese method to promote health through physical and mental balance. Through Tai Chi you learn and practice slow, graceful movements of traditional, health-oriented Yang Tai Chi, augmented with transformational concepts. These concepts, or attitudes, help Westerners think and react in an eastern philosophical manner. Thereby, results of meditation, such as stress relief, can be more easily assimilated during Tai Chi practice sessions. All ages and most health levels have benefited, regardless of initial physical conditions. Today in fact, Tai Chi is often recommended by medical practitioners to alleviate problems that stem from neurological & physiological disorders. Judson Sanderson has been a certified instructor for International Taoist Tai Chi Society of Master Moy Lin Shin, who for 25 years employed medical doctors to help refine Tai Chi moves for westerners. |
